These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Trusteep Dry Cleaners website (trusteep.com) and our dry cleaning services. By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Trusteep Dry Cleaners provides professional garment care, dry cleaning, wet cleaning, alterations, repairs and related services. All services are provided in accordance with industry best practices and standards.
2. Acceptance of Garments
- All garments are accepted at the owner’s risk.
- We exercise due care and skill in handling all items entrusted to us.
- We are not responsible for damage arising from inherent defects, pre-existing conditions, or manufacturer issues with fabrics, trimmings, buttons or accessories.
- Customers are responsible for removing personal items from pockets before dropping off garments.
3. Liability
- Our liability for any lost or damaged item is limited to ten (10) times the cleaning charge for that specific item, or the fair market value of the item, whichever is less.
- Claims must be made within 7 days of collection.
- Items left unclaimed for more than 90 days will be deemed abandoned.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Payment is required upon collection of garments unless prior arrangements have been made.
- We accept cash, credit cards and debit cards.
- Smart Locker orders may require credit card payment at the time of drop-off.
5. Collection of Garments
Garments should be collected within 30 days of the completion notification. Items not collected within 90 days may be disposed of at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before disposal.
6. Smart Locker Terms
Use of the Smart Locker 24/7 service is subject to additional terms:
- Users must provide a valid phone number for SMS notifications and PIN-based collection.
- The Smart Locker is monitored by CCTV for security purposes.
- We are not liable for items left in the Smart Locker beyond the collection notification period.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of Trusteep Dry Cleaners and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
8. Website Use
- You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website at any time.
- We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
